Women’s Volleyball European Championships, Italy’s group

The groups of the women’s volleyball European Championship have been drawn: the Italians, reigning champions after winning the title in 2021, who will face Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Bosnia Herzegovina and Switzerland. The group stage for Mazzanti’s girls will be played in Italy

THE ROUNDS OF THE MEN’S EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP

Le pool dei will be raffled off at the Court Theater of Palazzo Reale in Naples Women’s and Men’s European Championships 2023 of volleyball. In fact, 2023 will be a season full of events for Italy our country will host both tournaments. The women’s tournament will be held from August 15th to September 3rd, that male from the 28 August to 16 September.

The groups of the women’s European Championship

Italy was included in Pool B together with Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Bosnia Herzegovina and Switzerland. A group well within reach for Mazzanti’s girls who aim to defend the title. The qualified teams from this Pool B will meet those from Pool D in the knockout matches that will take place in Italy.

Eurovolley in Italy

The European female will see Belgium as host country of the finals, while some groups will be played in Italy and the knockout phase matches between Monza, Florence, Turin and Verona. The event will also be hosted by Germany (Dusseldorf), Estonia (Tallinn).

The Women’s European Championship in Belgium, Italy, Estonia and Germany

As regards instead theEuropean Women they will be Belgium, Italy, Estonia and Germany to host the best athletes. The Coach Mazzanti and his girls will play at home the matches valid up to the quarter-finals with the matches that will guarantee the medals scheduled in Belgium. The 24 participating teams for each tournament are the 4 organizing countries, those qualified on the basis of the previous edition and those resulting from the qualification processes. As for the last editions, the organizing countries had the possibility to choose an opponent among those coming from the qualifying tournaments. Mazzanti has chosen Romania.
