Now something is moving.

Temperatures have undergone quite a change compared to the past few weeks and although they are still slightly higher than our climate standards, the path they have taken could also be the right one, at least suitable for the period!

But we are now in mid-November and the main question is this: will the real big cold hit Italy or not?
In the next few days the temperatures will remain quite chilly during the daytime hours, due to a meteorological context devoted to strong instability. On the other hand, some sections of the South will be an exception, especially the Calabria and the Sicily where not only will we have more sunshine, but where there will also be the presence of mild Scirocco winds. This mix will bring, up to Wednesday 16, temperatures even close to 25/26°C on these sectors.

In short, on a general scale to talk about real cold still seems a bit risky, even if in some corners of the country the thermometers will still drop markedly: we are referring to some stretches of the North and in this case to the day of Thursday 17 when a temporary improvement in the weather will favor more sunny areas during the night and in the early hours of the morning. On clear nights, the heat stored in the earth during the day is able to expand more rapidly towards the free atmosphere, thus favoring a more rapid and intense thermal drop which at this juncture could drop to a few degrees above zero.

In short, the cold tries, however the circulation of the winds remains mainly from the southern quadrants, certainly not cold. As if to say, the drop in temperature is mainly due to bad weather and limited to the areas where it affects, not to a real change in the autumn direction or even worse, winter.
