Very attractive program for From Rome to Paris

– 10 very recent feature films, 13 films in the Work in Progress, 9 projects in the co-production market and a program of classics from January 12 to 15, 2023 in the theaters of the Paris Cinéma Club

Italian cinema will arrive in force in the French capital from January 12 to 15, 2023 for the 15th edition of the festival From Rome to Paris. On the menu of these meetings of Italian cinema include 10 feature films released in Italy in 2022, unseen in Paris and which will be screened at the Christine Cinéma Club, in the presence of the film crews.

The professional section of the festival which will take place on January 12 and 13 will offer French distributors, among other things, a Work in Progress of 13 Italian films at the end of post-production. True Colors sell and present Il primo giorno della mia vita of Paolo Genovese (read the news) and The property of metalli ofAntonio Bigini, Greenlandia unveil and negotiate for Una storia nera of Leonardo d’Agostini and Come pecore in mezzo ai lupi of Lyda Patitucciand rise to El paraíso ofEnrico Maria Artale. Intramovies will bet on Body Odyssey of Grazia Tricarico, Distribution Vision on Patagonia of Simone Bozzelli, RaiCom on Zamora of Neri Marcore, Minerva on Stabat Mater of Nazareno Manuel Nicoletti, Slingshot Movies on Lala of Ludovica Fales and Fandango on three titles: Il punto di rugiada of Marco Risi, Una sterminata domenica ofAlain Parroni and Io vivo altrove of Giuseppe Battiston.

Nine Italian projects seeking French partners showcase co-production meetings organized with Unifrance and the CNC: the animation project Sono ancora vivo of Roberto Saviano (produced by LuckyRed), A po’ flourish of Dario Albertini (Fandango), Casa Bianca of Francesco Romano (Amarena Movie), The flood of Gianluca Jodice (AscentMovie), Shocking! (without director for the moment – produced by Viola Movie), Anna la voce umana of Monica Warrior (LuminaMGR), the docufiction Sea Sisters of Brunella Fili (OffiCinema Doc), Il cavaliere della strada of Salvatore Lizzio (revoke) and The invisible city ofAlessandro Stevanon (documentary with animation – produced by Redibi Film).
