Covid in Tuscany: 2,223 new cases and 10 deaths

There are 2,223 new cases of Covid-19 registered in the last twenty-four hours in Tuscany: 348 have been confirmed with a molecular swab and the other 1,875 with a rapid test. The number of infected people detected in the region since the beginning of the pandemic therefore rises to 1,504,050.

The healed grow by 0.1% (1,258 people) and reach 1,434,870 (95.4% of total cases). The data relating to the progress of the pandemic are those ascertained today on the basis of the requests of the national civil protection. At the moment, therefore, there are 58,069 positives in Tuscany, +1.7% compared to yesterday. Of these, 424 (24 fewer than yesterday) are hospitalized: 15 (2 fewer) are in intensive care.

Covid in Veneto: 4,890 infections and 9 deaths

There are 4,890 new cases of Covid-19 registered yesterday in Veneto, and 9 are the victims. The infections since the beginning of the pandemic are 2,497,049, while the deaths are 15,897.

The current positives again exceed 60,000, which are 60,131, 1,768 more than in the previous 24 hours. Hospitalizations also continue to rise, especially in the medical area with 1,212 patients (+27), while they are unchanged in intensive care (48). The vaccination campaign recorded 5,395 administrations yesterday, of which 5,161 fourth doses; coverage with the second booster is 9.4%.

Covid in Puglia: 1,305 new cases and 5 deaths

There are 1,305 new cases of Covid positivity recorded in today’s bulletin out of a total of 7,985 tests, with an incidence of 16.3%. There have been 5 deaths in the last 24 hours. The new cases are distributed as follows: in the province of Bari 332, in the Bat province 92, in the province of Brindisi 121, in that of Foggia 143, of Lecce 450 and of Taranto 149.

Of the 14,796 people currently positive, 203 are hospitalized in a non-critical area and 12 in intensive care.

Covid Lazio: 3,148 infections and 6 deaths

Today in Lazio, as reported by the councilor for health, Alessio D’Amato, 3,148 new Covid cases and 6 deaths have been recorded. There are 731 hospitalized (+14) and 29 intensive care units, stable compared to yesterday.

Covid in Trentino: 243 new cases and no deaths

There were 243 new cases of Covid-19 registered in Trentino in the last 24 hours. No new deaths were reported, while hospitalizations are also decreasing: in total there are 65 patients hospitalized, of which 1 in intensive care. Yesterday 6 new hospitalizations were recorded against 12 resignations.

Covid in Calabria: 524 infections and 1 death

There are 524 Covid cases found in the last 24 hours in Calabria with 3,043 swabs processed and a positivity rate of 17.22%. A new death should be recorded which brings the total number of victims since the beginning of the pandemic to 3,105.

Entrances to ordinary wards increase, +5 (133) while the figure for intensive care (7) remains stable. The healed are 581,608 (+639), the currently positive 6,943 (-116) and the isolated at home 6,803 (-121).

Covid Campania: 2,041 new cases and no deaths

The new cases of Covid-19 registered in Campania since yesterday are 2,041 out of over 11,000 tests carried out between antigenic and molecular. According to the regional bulletin, there are no deaths.
