Reworld Media opens a branch in Italy. At the helm Daniela Sola | engage

Reworld Media formalize the creation of its subsidiary Reworld Media Italia following the acquisition from the Mondadori Group of the print and digital activities of the Grazia and Icon brands. Reworld Media Italia will integrate the activities of the two editorial brands, thus consolidating the group’s presence in 23 countries, mainly covered by a network of licensees. The management of this new branch has been entrusted to Daniela Solopreviously responsible for the same activities at the Mondadori group.

“With 80 proprietary brands – explains the company in a note -, the Group, already a leader in thematic media in France, has chosen to create a branch dedicated to its publishing activities in Italy, bringing to fruition its 10 years of savoir- faire in this area, as well as digital and technological skills.”

“The goal of creating an Italian branch is twofold. First we want to be permanently present in Italy, reinforcing the closeness with the team already present in the area, our customers and our partners. Indeed, Italy is a key market for the media sector in Europe, where our group already enjoys an excellent reputation and intends to develop its international collaborations with the ambition of becoming a European leader”, says Gautier Normand, General Manager of Reworld Media .

As for the advertising collection di Grazia and Icon, will remain in the hands of Mediaworld for the Italian editions, while for the international ones it will be managed by Reworld Media Italia.
