Today’s Covid data, Monday 19 December, on infections, deaths and hospitalizations in the Italian regions. Although the bulletin has become weekly as decided by the Ministry of Health, several regions still communicate the daily data on the progress of the coronavirus pandemic with the daily bulletins.

Covid, in Veneto today 2,533 positives and 1 death
There are 2,533 new coronavirus positives in Veneto compared to 1 death and 53,171 people in isolation. The Covid bulletin released by the Veneto Region communicates it. Covid Campania, today 654 new cases and 4 deaths
In Campania, in the last 24 hours, 654 positives for Coronavirus have been recorded (613 for the antigen test and 41 for the molecular swab), data that take into account the update on the quarantine and isolation measures of the Ministry of Health. There are 4 deaths, 1 in the last 48 hours and 3 that occurred previously but recorded yesterday. This was communicated by the Regional Crisis Unit.
Covid Calabria, today 275 new cases and 6 deaths
Few infections but increasing deaths and more hospitalizations in the daily Covid bulletin of the Calabria region: there are 275 new cases compared to 1,909 tampons and an index of 14.41%. There are 6 deaths connected to the pandemic, 4 in Cosenza and 2 in Reggio Calabria. In hospital wards, 2 places are freed up in medical area wards and 2 more patients enter intensive care units, bringing the total to 17 intubated patients (Catanzaro 13, Reggio 4).
Covid Friuli Venezia Giulia, today 146 cases and 2 deaths
There are 146 Covid-19 infections recorded in Friuli Venezia Giulia in the last 24 hours, out of a total of 994 swabs, with a positivity rate of 16.5 percent. The highest number of infections is recorded in Udine, with 64 new cases. Followed by Pordenone (40), Trieste (37) and Gorizia (2). This was announced by the Central Health Directorate of the Region in its daily bulletin. Two deaths are recorded today, one in Trieste and one in Pordenone. There are eight people hospitalized in intensive care and 276 positive patients hospitalized in other departments.
Covid Lazio, today 972 new cases and 6 deaths
“Today in Lazio out of 1,578 molecular swabs and 6,057 antigenic swabs for a total of 7,635 swabs, there are 972 new positive cases (-818), 6 deaths (+4), 785 hospitalized (-18), 30 intensive care ( = ) and +2,860 healed. The ratio between positives and swabs is 12.7%. The cases in the city of Rome are at an altitude of 590 “. Covid Sardinia, today 366 new cases. No deaths
In Sardinia there are today 366 further confirmed cases of positivity to Covid out of a total, between molecular and antigenic, of 1,298 swabs. There are 6 patients hospitalized in intensive care, one more than yesterday. There are 123 patients hospitalized in the medical area, eight more than yesterday. 6678 are the cases of home isolation, 88 more than yesterday. No deaths are recorded.
Covid Puglia, today 420 new cases and 2 deaths
Today in Puglia there are 420 new cases of Covid positivity out of 4,671 tests for an incidence of 9%. There are two people who died. The new cases are distributed as follows: in the province of Bari 110, in the Bat province 26, in Brindisi 48, in Foggiano 67, in Leccese 117, in the province of Taranto 44. Another 6 people who tested positive in Puglia are resident outside the region.
