Hundreds of new Action hires are coming to Italy in 2023.

The well-known international chain of non-food discount stores will open new stores and add more than 500 new resources.

ACTION ITALIA RECRUITMENT AND NEW OPENINGS IN 2023

Just over a year after the arrival on the Italian market, which took place in April 2021 with the launch of the first stores in Vanzaghello (Milan) and Turin, the well-known Dutch group of non-food large-scale distribution still continues to expand and to create new job opportunities in our country. Action Italia’s development plan envisages numerous hires and the opening of new stores in the course of 2023, with the aim of doubling the current size of the company.

In detail, the company’s Italian growth program covers the central-northern areas. The new Action Italia jobs to be filled affect, in fact, Liguria, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Emilia-Romagna, Lazio, Abruzzo and Trentino Alto Adige. The new recruiting campaign is open to over 500 personnel, which Action will use both in stores and in corporate offices. For all Group employees, from managers to clerks, the Dutch company provides structured programs for professional and economic growth. To date, over 50% of Action’s store managers are staffed internally through the specific paths with which the Group accompanies the growth and enhancement of its collaborators.

PROFILES WANTED

Specifically, the new hires of Action Italia are aimed at shop employees, shop assistants and store managers, which will be placed in the stores. In order to apply for these positions, the company requires the possession of a high school or university diploma and enthusiasm, motivation and experience in the field of retail, especially consumer goods.

At the same time, Action Italia is looking for professionals to cover jobs headquarter. At a central level, the selections are aimed at facility store coordinator, real estate process coordinator, project manager, lawyer, HR business partner, compensation manager profiles.
